This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through the Ghost Radar mobile application.
2. Summary
Ghost Radar is designed as a local entertainment app. At the time of this policy:
- we do not require account creation;
- we do not operate a backend service for user profiles or cloud storage;
- we do not sell personal data;
- we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors without legally required consent.
Most app data is stored locally on the user's device.
3. Information We Process
Depending on how you use the App, the App may process the following categories of data locally on your device:
- text you enter, such as target names, custom messages, and scan locations;
- app settings, such as language, sound, vibration, and volume preferences;
- locally generated report history;
- images you choose to save to your device gallery from within the App.
If you use your device's share function, the content you choose to share will be provided to the app or service you select at your direction.
4. How We Use Information
We process information to:
- operate the App's prank simulation features;
- remember your settings and saved local history;
- generate reports and images at your request;
- enable you to save or share content from your device.
We do not use the App to provide financial services, medical services, identity verification, or regulated data processing.
5. What We Do Not Intend to Collect
We do not intentionally request or require:
- government-issued identification numbers;
- precise geolocation;
- payment card data;
- health or biometric data;
- online account credentials;
- sensitive personal data beyond what a user voluntarily types into the App.
Users should not input sensitive personal data into prank names, messages, or other text fields.
6. Storage and Retention
App configuration and history are stored locally on the device using on-device app storage. Generated images saved to the gallery are stored on the user's device in the location selected by the operating system.
We retain locally stored data until:
- you delete it in the App;
- you uninstall the App; or
- you remove saved files from your device.
7. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell or rent personal data.
We only disclose information in the following limited situations:
- when you choose to share content through your device's share sheet;
- when disclosure is required by applicable law, lawful process, or legal obligation;
- when necessary to protect rights, security, or prevent fraud or misuse.
8. Third-Party Services
At the time of this policy, the current build is intended to function without mandatory advertising, account, or background-tracking SDKs.
If future versions integrate third-party services that access user data, we will update this Privacy Policy and require those services to handle data in a manner consistent with applicable law and platform policy.
9. Minors
The App is not directed to children where collection or processing would require parental consent under applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors in violation of applicable law.
10. Your Choices and Deletion
You may:
- edit or remove entered text inside the App;
- clear local report history from the App settings;
- uninstall the App to remove app-local stored data from your device;
- delete saved report images from your gallery at any time.
